Paying for Bizimuhit services and subscriptions
You can either make your payments online or offline depending on your project requirements and the terms agreed by the project manager.
If you are on the site and not looking for a custom or extended version of premium plans we offer, you can complete the payment after you add the service to your cart or request paying via Invoice document.

Online payments can be made through a digital invoice document or directly on our website using your bank and credit cards.

You can make payments with SWIFT/BIC transfer in USD, EUR, and TL. Contact your project manager to get the bank payment details.
Making payments in USD, EURO and GBP, and getting advantage of the delivarables in your country make you eligible to claim 20% of VAT exemption for the services.
FAQ About Payments
Which currency will I see on my bank/credit card receipts?
The currency you see for the charges by Bizimuhit on your bank records will be the default currency your bank charges you off. Therefore, it might be different from the currency you see on the payment page. If you make the payment online, you will be charged from the currency conversion rates in USD, EUR and GBP of your own bank.
Do you offer payments in installments?
If your aggrement contains a special matter of fact about the payment you will make through bank transfers, you can also make payments on different dates. The payment dates will be provided to you by your project manager.
Can I ask for a refund?
Unlike otherwise is specified on the invoice or Terms and Conditions, any refund cannot be issued for any our web services and solutions.
For the return of physical goods, you can request a refund till 14 days after the purchase. So, you can get your money back totally. Visit our Cancellation and Refund Policy for more information.
Will I pay the VAT?
In case you make payments in GBP, EUR or USD, you don't have to pay for VAT according to Turkey's laws and regulations about taxes. Otherwise, you have to pay 20% of VAT for every purchase you made on bizimuhit.com or support.bizimuhit.com.
If you are not eligible for VAT exemption, you will be asked to provide your personal/company details such as VAT ID and address, in order to invoice for the services.
