Who will be the contact person for your website?

When you complete payment for one of our website packages, a project manager (account manager) will reach you to help out. Your project manager will stay in touch with you throughout the project, answering your questions and reporting on progress.

Please be aware that we use a formal language whenever it is required but you will find us as much friendly and warm as one of your best friends. So, you can feel free to talk to us with your friendly voice tone.

Your project manager will stay in your website as an Admin just in case they need to report any issue to be resolved or you request a project revision before it is marked as completed.

Your project manager will keep providing you if you request more support for website setup, SEO, launching a company, managing marketing channels, social media, etc.

During this period, minor fixes, system errors, or issues will be addressed and resolved for free of charge.

After the support period ends, you can purchase a "Maintenance and Support Package" for additional maintenance or update requests. Our maintenance plan will keep your website up-to-date, fast, and secure during its lifetime.

Reporting a problem regarding your website

If there is a technical issue, misbehaving element on pages or just a ruined design, you can directly contact your project manager and send a message that explains the situation with some evidence included in it.
