Who owns the project rights after delivery?

After project delivery and payment, the intellectual property rights for all designs, text, and original materials produced by Bizimuhit belong to the client in case the aggrement signed by you and Bizimuhit contains a specified matter for it.

You will be sent a signed document of certification that proves you are the owner of all those creative materials. However, licensed images, videos, fonts, or third-party plugins used during the project are licensed separately and belong to the respective providers.

Bizimuhit reserves the right to use them for reference purposes (e.g., portfolio or social media sharing), generating new layouts for other clients and training new and existing AI models.

Note that the "powered by bizimuhit.com", "by bizimuhit.com", "built by bizmuhit.com" or any other credential on your site that proves the work made by Bizimuhit cannot be removed without signing any Copyright Transfer Agreement.
