Taking a screenshot with no prior knowledge
Learn how to take a screenshot on PC or mobile device as a non-technical person. You can use whether Windows or Mac screenshot shortcuts and tools, or buy one of the paid screen capture software, for PC captures.
We'll only explain how you can take screenshots on Windows, Mac and smart phones using built-in screen capture software.
Please note that we do not accept any photos captured using smart phones since the most of the end-users have low-frame smartphone cameras, which what makes the photos taken seem blurry when opened on large screen monitors.
Taking a screenshot on Windows
You can easily take screenshots on Windows by following the steps given below:
Click on Windows Start icon on the bottom-left corner of the screen.
Type Snipping Tool and then click on its name.
Click on the top-left corner of the region or the screen that you want to snip.
Drag the cursor down and drop it until the region you want to snip is outlined.

(Optional) You highlight texts or a region using Highlighter feature.
Click File on the top menu.
Click Save as, enter File name and click Save.
In order for us to review your screenshot, it should be saved in one of the following file types: .JPEG, .PNG, .JPG.
Taking a screenshot on Mac
You can take a screenshot on your Mac by following the steps given below:
Press Shift + Command + 4 on your keyboard. This is the keyboard shortcut for screenshot tool.
Click and drag your cursor to select the region on the screen.
Release your mouse or trackpad button.
Screenshots taken on Mac is saved as .PNG file.
Taking a screenshot on mobile devices
Taking screenshots on mobile devices may differ by phone's brand and model.
Taking a screenshot on an Android device: Press the Power button and Volume Down button at the same time. Once it is taken, you will see bunch of additional tools underneath the screenshot preview.
Taking a screenshot on an IOS device (Apple): Press the Side button and the Volume Up button at the same time.
For iPads, Windows Phones and Blackberrys, button combinations may change. You can check phone manufacturers website to get further information.
Sending a screenshot to Bizimuhit customer care
When you reach a Customer Care Expert in our WhatsApp line, you can attach your screenshots or videos to your support request.
Note that: You can actually send as many screenshots as you want but it would be better to shorten document work if your screenshots are clear and usable.
To attach a screenshot or video:
Click on Attach icon on WhatsApp messages.
Select Photos and Videos.
Write your comments and send it.

(Optional) You can also send your screenshot by pressing Ctrl + C and CTRL + V keys. This will copy and paste your screenshot to the WhatsApp chat directly.
