How to record your screen?
You can record your entire screen or a region on by changing frame rates or recorded video's aspect ratio in screen recording program.
Most of the programs have a button with red dot icon or red colored button indicating that the Record function of that software. You should click on it to initialize your screen recording and then check couple of settings in order to take high-res screen recordings.
Decide whether the mic will be turned on or not.
Check the area you are recording is where you faced with the issue you are trying to report.
Check that if your cursor seems on recorded video or not.
Save your video record as .MP4 file when it is ready to get saved.

Sending a video to Bizimuhit customer care
When you reach Bizimuhit customer care line on WhatsApp, you can add your video record as attachment if the video size below 100MB and 720p resolution. Otherwise, you should upload your video as document, which allows you to upload 2GB of video without any restriction in resolution.
To attach video record as document:
Click on Attach icon on WhatsApp messages.
Select Documents.
Write your comments and send it.
