How to report any problem regarding your website?

You can report any issues you encounter on your website to us via the Leave Feedback link. The Leave Feedback link is provided to you by your project manager at the beginning of the project.

If you are granted a permission to access the website editor, you can also follow the steps given below to leave your feedbacks:

Open the editor
Right click on the element you'd like designer to make change
Click on "add a comment" option on the list
The comments tab will be opened.

You check your comments by their status, highlight your feedback texts with bold and underline effects and attach files regarding the changes.
