When your project agreement is terminated?

Projects can only be suspended or canceled under certain circumstances.

The following conditions are examples:

• Failure to provide the necessary information, content, or approvals within the timeframe specified by the client.

• Disruption of the payment schedule.

• Violation of the terms and conditions specified in the contract.

• Emergence of technical or legal obstacles.

• Request for project cancellation by the client.

Suspended projects are reactivated when the necessary conditions are met.

In the event of cancellation, the cancellation policy in the contract applies (for example, no refunds will be given for work already started).
