Requesting invoices for accounting & net settling
Request one of the available invoice records depending on your needs for accounting and net settling. Bizimuhit is here to help you to ease your paperwork for services you received.
Requesting invoices in your currency and language
All invoices are prepared and issued using a pre-built invoice template in English, with the currency of Turkish Lira on it but if you need to submit the invoices you received from us to somewhere which takes your documents for legal purposes such as accounting and net settling in your country of residence, then you can send us a request to claim a copy of the invoice in your preferred language and currency.
Do not forget that the invoices are issued to the person or company whose the bank/credit card is used or payment transaction made by.
What we need to learn about you for another version of the invoice is:
The country of your residency or the country of your business registered in
Your preferred currency and language on the invoice
Your/your business VAT/TAX ID
Email address which the invoice will be sent to
The document format you need (PDF, Excel, Word)
We're happy to help you accelerate the legal paperwork and stay bold in your business journey. You can contact Bizimuhit customer care to claim a different version of your invoice.
Legal invoices issued in another currency and language
Due to a law, which regulates how to invoice people and companies for all commercial activities, we are not permitted to prepare legal invoice documents in another language unless it is used by micro-export experts at customs.
If you made the payment through banking channels, we can invoice in USD, EUR or GBP but all the document language will remain in Turkish.
